  • Averaged cell properties and AP properties (analyzed from single APs) are shown for mSOD1WT and hSOD1G93A HMs (P6–P8). In this table and Table 2, resting membrane potential has been corrected for a calculated junction potential of 13 mV (JPCalc, Clampfit). AP threshold is relative to resting membrane for each HM recorded; AP and afterhyperpolarization amplitude are relative to AP threshold potential for each HM recorded. Note that only the AP amplitude is significantly increased in hSOD1G93A HMs. Statistical significance (Student's unpaired t test) is indicated. Data are mean ± SEM.
