The γm values were determined from the slope conductances of the unitary current–voltage relations corresponding to the L3 level in each condition (Figs. 2, 4). The γm of the Kv4.2 channel was significantly different from those of Kv4.2+DPP6-S and CGN (rat) channels at p < 0.001 (one-way ANOVA).
