Correlation coefficients (R2 values) of the linear regression fits to plots of the functional parameters measured in the RGCs, against the average IOP increase in the eye. There is no systematic relationship between the magnitude of the functional change and the amount of IOP elevation for cells represented in Figures 2, 3, and 4.
