  • Parameters were obtained from voltage responses to a current of 50 pA amplitude and 40 ms duration. Otocyst deprivation was done as described in Materials and Methods. Numbers of cells are indicated in parenthesis. Reduction of Cm may reflect shortening of dendrites in deprived animals (Parks et al., 1987).
