↵^bMeasurements were done on dissociated low-density cultures on L1 from E7 DRG neurons grown for 24 h, fixed, and stained with antibodies against neuronal β3-tubulin. For pharmacological inhibition of Arp2∕3 with CK666, neurons were allowed to adhere for 6 h before adding the drug.
