  • Several parameters of GI organ size were measured in mice of each genotype. Values are group means ± SEMs (first 3 columns) and p values for pairwise comparisons between each genotype (last 3 columns). These values were determined in early adulthood, when the mice were processed for WGA–HRP staining. Stomach and intestine area (square centimeters), intestine width at pylorus and cecum (centimeters), and intestine length from pylorus to cecum (centimeters) are listed.
