  • Voltage threshold (Vthresh), peak rate-of-rise, peak voltage, and maximum frequency variables were normally distributed and analyzed with a standard two-way ANOVA. All other variables were non-normally distributed and analyzed with a two-way ANOVA on ranks, except phase 1 peak amplitude—measurable only in biphasic neurons—for which the result of a Mann–Whitney two-sample test is reported.
