  • aThe table shows averaged parameters for channel activation, fast inactivation, and slow inactivation for WT and mutant NaV1.7 channels (W1775R, A1236E, L1831X, and L245V), as well as the β12 subunit. Fast inactivation values for L245V are under a separate entry because of the double Boltzmann fit (DB fast inactivation). Data are mean ± SEM. All values are compared with the averaged WT value. p value is given for comparisons that are deemed significantly different (p < 0.05). All single-parameter comparisons were tested using an unpaired two-way Student's t test.
