  • Effects of 7.5 mg/kg TC on the number of active and inactive lever presses, as well as active lever pressing during the timeout period. TC reduced the number of active lever presses to obtain cocaine without affecting either inactive lever pressing or the number of active lever presses to obtain a glucose/saccharin solution. Values shown are mean number of lever presses ± SEM following either TE or TC pretreatment. F and p values were obtained using a one-way ANOVA with the factor treatment.
