Revisions
Once a manuscript has been deemed acceptable or potentially acceptable for publication, please refer to the decision letter for specific instructions for submitting a revised manuscript. All revisions should be returned with figures in their final size, a point-by-point rebuttal letter addressing the reviewers' and/or Editors' concerns, and the revised text. Authors are encouraged to note areas of critical detail or contrast on halftone images. Authors should check all aspects of their illustrations carefully because alterations in proof are not allowed (see also the Proofs section). Please note all correspondence for new submissions and resubmissions must be submitted through the online submission system. Revised manuscripts not returned to the Journal within three months may be treated as new submissions. For questions regarding figure sizing and digital art preparation see the Illustrations section.
