For revisions, please go to the site at which the article was originally submitted:

- If your article was submitted before the Journal switched over to eJournalPress (before April 30, 2008), then your revision should be submitted at the previous peer-review system (Scholar One: Manuscript Central).
- If your article was submitted after the Journal switched over (after April 30, 2008), then it should be submitted at eJournalPress.

The Journal of Neuroscience is the official journal of the Society for Neuroscience. The Journal publishes papers on a broad range of topics of general interest to those working on the nervous system. All papers accepted for publication in the Journal will appear simultaneously in both the print and online medium. Brief Communications (formerly Rapid Communications) are published in a separate section at the front of the Journal and are intended for fast publication of exciting and timely findings that are of high impact and broad interest. Submissions for the Brief Communications section of the Journal should conform to the Brief Communications Instructions for Authors.
