handling system was launched May 21, 2003. All manuscripts must be
submitted using this system.

ScholarOne developed this system (Manuscript Central V3) based on the way manuscripts are handled by The Journal of Neuroscience. If you need help with submissions beyond the online help available at the site, we recommend the following:
