Cover legend: Immunofluorescence labeling of the cerebellar cortex of adult Plexin-B2-deficient mice with antibodies against parvalbumin (red) and calbindin (green). In the mutant, the layering of the cerebellar cortex is disorganized and ectopic islands of Purkinje cells (yellow) are embedded in the granule cell layer (labeled in blue using Hoechst staining).
