Cover legend: The translational repressor Pumilio controls eukaryotic initiation factor eIF-4E accumulation at larval neuromuscular junctions of Drosophila. eIF-4E aggregates (red), which are localized postsynaptically at neuromuscular junctions, are increased in pumilio mutants.
