Cover legend: A forager honey bee, Apis mellifera. Spatiotemporal activity patterns that represent the identity of floral odors in the antennal lobes of the brain—the analog of the vertebrate olfactory bulb—become more separable after association with reinforcement. Reconstruction of the honey bee brain was performed with permission from data available at www.neurobiologie.fu-berlin.de/beebrain/.
