In the article “Neural Evidence for Boundary Updating as the Source of the Repulsive Bias in Classification,” by Heeseung Lee, Hyang-Jung Lee, Kyoung Whan Choe, and Sang-Hun Lee, which appeared on pages 4664–4683 of the June 21, 2023 issue, grant information was missing from the funding acknowledgments and Figure 3F appeared incorrectly.

Grant numbers from the Brain Research Program were omitted and funding from the Basic Research Laboratory Program was added to the acknowledgments. The acknowledgments footnote should instead read: “This work was supported by Seoul National University Research Grant 339-20220013, Brain Research Program Grants NRF-2021R1F1A1052020 and NRF-2017M3C7A1047860, and Basic Research Laboratory Program Grant NRF-2018R1A4A1025891 through the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) funded by the Ministry of Science and Information and Communications Technology.”

During revision and based on reviewer feedback, the authors made a change in the procedure for preprocessing the BOLD time series in the primary visual cortex. This change was described in the Materials and Methods subsection, “Data preprocessing of V1 images in the retinotopy-mapping session and the main session of Exp1” and was reflected in Figure 3H, but Figure 3F was not updated accordingly to reflect the resulting slight reduction in the CI and mean data points. This correction does not affect the conclusions of the article.
