  • Explant cultures were treated with 150 μm DRB or 4 μm Act D for 0, 8, 16, or 40 hr and then processed for ISHH. After hybridization, cultures were dipped in NTB3 autoradiography emulsion and developed after 14 d. TH mRNA levels per cell (O.D./cell) were measured and mean ± SE (n cells,n cultures) for each anatomical reigon are shown.
