  • Slices were superfused with a solution that contained either bicuculline (5 μm) and strychnine (2 μm) (BIC/STRY) or d-APV (50 μm). Responses recorded 30 min after the first conditioning low-frequency stimulus (1. LFS) and 15 min after the second conditioning stimulus (2. HFS) are expressed as percent of control responses.
