  • Embryonic dorsal root ganglia (L4) cells were counted. Significant losses were detected in embryonic stages E12.5 and later, whereas no significant (NS) difference was seen in E11.5 wild-type and mutant mice. Mann–Whitney rank sum test determined the significance levels.
