Data presented are calculated from three experiments performed as shown in Fig. 3 and from three experiments performed as shown in Fig. 4and are means ± SD. Percentage of GABA_A receptors was calculated from these data by taking into account that only 45 ± 1% of all GABA_A receptors in cerebellum contain the α₆ subunit.
