Note that data are expressed as the relative number of immunopositive cells in percentage (mean ± SD) of the total cell number counted. p values indicate significance determined by Student’s t test. The immunopositive cells were determined 2 h after acute dissociation of the forebrain tissues and 2 h after immunopanning with mAb 473HD. n, Number of the independent experiments; NS, nonsignificant; ND, not determined.
