N 2 is the number of common GO categories significantly affected in the indicated model. The number of common GO categories significantly over represented in both human HD and the indicated model is shown. p values for intersections were estimated by computer simulation. The number of GO categories in the intersections with summed ranks less than two arbitrary criteria are also shown.
