Flow cytometric analysis of LCN2-induced cell death sensitization in primary astrocytes

After primary astrocytes were treated with SNP (0.5 mm), H2O2 (1 mm), or paraquat (PQ) (100 μm) with or without LCN2 proteins (10 μg/ml) for 24 h, the nature of cell death was determined by PI and annexin V staining followed by flow cytometry. Percentage of necrotic or apoptotic cell death was based on flow cytometric analysis.
