Shortening the FCO apodeme by an amount equal to 30° of tibial flexion had a significant effect on the mean femoro-tibial joint angles during both anterior and posterior scratches

Differences between control and postoperative scratches (1 h) are demonstrated by the significance level (p) of univariate ANOVAs. The movements of all joints were significantly affected by the shortening, except for the thoraco-coxal joint during anterior scratches.
