  • Discrimination threshold was quantified as half of the difference in motion strength corresponding to 75% and 25% T1 choices. Bias was quantified as the signed motion strength giving rise to 50% T1 choices. Negative values imply a bias towards the T1 choice. Bold items indicate that the bias was significantly different from zero (two-sided sign test, p < 0.05). The other five columns are the fit parameters of the drift-diffusion model (see Materials and Methods). Data in each column for each angle are presented as 25th/50th/75th percentiles across sessions.
