  • Data are presented as the averages ± SEM and were analyzed using unpaired Student's t test. No significant differences were found between the genotypes. Basal body temperature and baseline tail-flick response activity were measured in 49 S426A/S430A mutant and 55 WT mice. Spontaneous and habituated locomotor activity was examined in 12 S426A/S430A mutant and 17 WT mice.
