Fold enrichment of astrocytes, neurons, microglia, and endothelial cells are calculated as FPKM of one cell type divided by the average FPKM of all other cell types. Fold enrichment of OPCs, NFOs, and MOs are calculated as FPKM of one cell type divided by the average FPKM of all non-oligodendrocyte-lineage cells to highlight top genes specifically expressed by a particular maturation stage during oligodendrocyte development.
