Fast inactivation values for L245V are under a separate entry because of the double Boltzmann fit (DB fast inactivation). Data are mean ± SEM. All values are compared with the averaged WT value. p value is given for comparisons that are deemed significantly different (p < 0.05). All single-parameter comparisons were tested using an unpaired two-way Student's t test.
