The latencies of the horizontal and vertical components of the OFRs, and the delay of the latter relative to the former, are listed separately for each experimental condition and subject. The values are expressed in milliseconds. SEM estimates for each value are also indicated (in parentheses). The p values for the test that the delay is significantly different from zero based on bootstrapping techniques (see Materials and Methods) is indicated in the last column. Note that, because we used 1000 samples for our bootstrap analysis, we cannot estimate p values <0.001. Hence, we conservatively indicate a value of 0.001 whenever our algorithm returns a p value of 0.
