  • The data were evaluated by fitting the distribution histogram of wild-type CREB or mutant CREBs. An asterisk indicates that the ratio of long-residence to short-residence component of mutant CREB (L318/325V or R301L) was significantly different from that of wild-type CREB (*p < 0.05, Mann–Whitney U test with a Bonferroni correction).
