(2016), we created amygdala ROI based on coordinates showing significant main effect of emotion category in Kujawa et al. (2016) or used amygdala AAL atlas, which was a seed region in connectivity analysis in Wu et al. (2016), to examine age-related effects of amygdala activity in our PNC cohort.
